14 Day Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase at Simply Top UK T Shirts, and if we have made an error such as sent you the wrong size, colour, or shirt, please let us know and we will do our best to sort out the problem as quickly as possible. You can contact us by emailing helpme@simplytopuk.com, or replying to the dispatch email you were sent by our team. You should let us know your name and the order that has the error so we can deal with your problem more efficiently.
If you would like an exchange for a different size please let us know by email, and we will help. Exchanging for a different size shirt is completely free; however you will need to get the slogan t shirts we have sent back to us. When you send your order back to us please include your name and the size you would like. This will make it easier for us to deal with your order and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
If you would prefer a refund please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be able to process a refund for you. The shirt should be in perfect condition with all tags on the shirt, there is a flat-rate restocking fee of £2.00 per shirt.
It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery. You MUST contact us for a returns authorisation before we can accept a return.
Postage is non-refundable unless you are returning the shirt because of a manufacture fault.
